- Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 to 17:00
Keep every shipment's money right: invoice the client, pay the carriers and agents, and reconcile the accounts.
What you will do
- Issue client invoices for each shipment, including electronic invoices.
- Record and pay bills from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents and suppliers.
- Follow client payments and reconcile statements with clients and agents.
- Handle bank and cash entries and month-end reports.
- Work with operations so every shipment's charges and costs are complete.
What we are looking for
- A degree in accounting or commerce.
- Accounting experience, ideally at a freight forwarder or logistics company.
- Knowledge of Egyptian VAT and the electronic invoice system.
- Strong Excel, accuracy, and good English and Arabic.
